Using google search:
Type in:
site:thesitename.com "thank you"
Look for pdf in the search results and download! Use a proxy. Try it use it without the "thank you" as well.
My other tip.
If you can't find the PDF in the search results try opening the robots.txt directly and sometimes they have denied it from being indexed. In which case you can find the download page listed in the file.
http://www.thesitename.com/robots.txt
